General Terms and Conditions

  1. Booking Confirmation: All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment. Blueline reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed bookings at any time.
  2. Client Responsibilities: Clients must ensure all participants possess valid identification (passport or Emirates ID) and comply with UAE maritime laws and Blueline’s safety regulations.
  3. Safety Compliance: All guests must adhere to safety instructions given by the crew. The captain has full authority regarding vessel navigation and safety decisions.
  4. Liability: Blueline is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the trip. Participation is at the client’s own risk.
  5. Conduct: Disruptive or illegal behavior, including excessive alcohol use or non-compliance with crew instructions, may result in trip cancellation without a refund.
  6. Children: All minors must be accompanied by an adult guardian. Children under 10 years must wear life jackets at all times.
  7. Pets: No pets are allowed on board without prior written approval.
  8. Smoking: Smoking is only permitted in designated areas as indicated by the crew.
  9. Damages: Clients are liable for any damage caused to the vessel or its equipment due to negligence or intentional acts.
  10. Insurance: While Blueline maintains vessel insurance, clients are encouraged to obtain personal travel or accident insurance.

Refund Policy

  • Deposits and prepayments are non-refundable once payment has been made, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
  • In cases where Blueline cancels a scheduled trip due to unforeseen operational issues, mechanical failure, or crew unavailability, refunds or rescheduling will be offered at Blueline’s discretion.

Cancellation Policy

  • Client-Initiated Cancellations:
    • More than 30 days before the trip: Full refund.
    • Between 7 and 30 days before the trip: 50% refund.
    • Less than 48 hours before the trip: No refund.
  • Operator-Initiated Cancellations:
    • Blueline reserves the right to cancel or postpone a trip due to unsafe sea conditions, government directives, or other external factors.
    • In such cases, the client will be given the option to reschedule the trip or receive a refund, subject to Blueline’s discretion.
